How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $125 and a flat $7.95 shipping rate on all orders under $125 within the contiguous U.S. To qualify for free shipping, simply add $125 or more of products to your shopping cart.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 1 business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. It may take up to 3 business days to ship on certain items. Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive a shipment notification via email that will contain tracking information for your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account using the tab located at the top of our website.

*Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you placed an order with multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments and boxes.

What shipping services do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on your location and the items you ordered. When your order ships you will receive a shipment notification via email that will contain tracking information along with the shipping service and provider that was used.

Returns

We are very proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item qualified for “free shipping”, original outbound shipping will be deducted from refund.¬† Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to qualify for a return. If an item has been used, or is missing its’ original packaging, additional restocking fees may apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Please make sure your return is adequately packed and insured before sending it back to us. Tracking number is required.

We make every effort to process returns in a timely fashion. You can expect to see a refund within 1-2 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your return details.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise please use the contact us form on home page. We will replace the item(s) immediately or issue you a full refund.
